    The Registration Fee for the Conference covers materials, coffee break, lunches, Cocktail Reception, Learning Journey (island tour) and Gala Dinner at the Plantation Theatre (except where indicated).

Please remember to send your US$40.00 airport transfer fee (which includes transportation to and from the airport) along with your registration fees, thank you!
